My meetings in NYC are also happily coinciding with the New York GLBT marketing expo.

I last attended this particular event way back in 1996, so I am very interested to see how this gay market trade show looks in 2007.

Our Australian office - Significant Others - produced two gay market events back in 1995 and again in 2000.

In Australia, I think that the market for such corporate marketing gay expo events has moved on as lesbian and gay consumers have enjoyed increasing acceptance from mainstream brands and business in Australia.

Nonetheless, it will be fascinating to see how the US gay market integrates this gay consumer expo this weekend in Manhattan.
