One of the new initiatives we announced at London WTM is a new online gay market travel campaign designed by Out Now for our client German National Tourist Office.
This new gay market campaign is called Karneval, in honor of the many months of partying that commences from this month all over Germany, culminating in Karneval celebrations in early - mid 2008.
The UK Official Gay Launch of Karneval kicks off with a special promotional night in London tonight at The Edge bar in Soho Square, in the centre of the London gay community precinct of Soho.
As well as the launch in-venue, the campaign includes online advertising and editorial, and a dedicated Karneval gay tourism market information website.
There has been for some years a well written targeted gay and lesbian market travel microsite on the main GNTO UK website, giving the lesbian and gay market dedicated tourism information on the many good reasons for gay and lesbian travelers to visit Germany.
